It's October! It's only fitting to make pumpkin our flavor of the month. The challenge is to make a dessert that includes pumpkin. One of my favorite cakes is a "fake cake" which mixes a box of vanilla cake mix with a can of pumpkin puree. I know it's cheating but it's so very delicious!

ReplyDeleteWhen you mix your pumpkin with your cake do you make the cake mix according to the box or is it just dry mix to a can of pumpkin?
ReplyDeleteHi Andrea! It's just a can of pumpkin and the mix. No eggs, oil or butter. It's amazing. I like vanilla cake mix but it's also great with spice cake mix.
