September Challenge: Cheesecake

Posted by - Rena

I almost forgot what day it is! I can't believe it's already September 1st! Time is flying by.

Our challenge this month is cheesecake. I'm shocked we haven't tackled this one before. I saw a photo on Pinterest this week which sparked my interest in trying to make cheesecake from scratch.

We used to live near an Italian diner when I was little. My mom loved Italian style cheesecake while I was a NY cheesecake kind of gal. Curious to see what your favorites are. I just bought a canister of matcha powder so I think there is a green tea cheesecake in my future.

Happy Baking!

I have been extremely poor on posting here - my Bad, but hey, cheesecakes are the love of my life, after shoes and football! As I'm doing an Eastern European theme this month, I reckon I can whip up a Polish cheesecake sometime in the month! xx

I love cheesecake! I made a Salted Carmel Cheesecake not too long ago and it was to die for! I will look for another great recipe! Might have to try a few before I find the perfect one!

Gorgeous cheesecake, It was much favorite during my late teens early twenties, having in cafes in Israel. My favorite was blueberries on top.

Oh wow! This is my first time on here. What a great idea! While most of the time baking ideas just spill out of my head, sometimes I get in a rut. It's nice to have a challenge to spark new experiences.

Looks just delicious. My neighbor brought me over a chocolate cheesecake covered in ganache that tasted heavenly. I'll have to get her recipe.
